Meh.  If you were to map anything out in that format it would seem complicated.  Rogue decision trees aren't that dissimilar and we have to watch more timers.

From a raid perspective there are really only two decision tree's to follow:

1)

Are you standing in the fire?------>  Yes  -----> You just wiped the raid, nice work
                                             |
                                             |
                                            No
                                             |
                                      Good Keep it that way-----> Success

2)

Are you dpsing/healing/paying attention the target marked or called out for?  ----> No ---->  You just wiped the raid and pisssed off the raid leader
                                              |
                                              |
                                             Yes ---->  you are a team player --->  success
